Been to camp 10 years straight and finally old enough to be a counselor? Never been to camp, but dying to be a part of one? Here’s your chance! WMACS is now accepting applications for counselor positions for this year’s summer camp. This camp seeks to develop social, confident individuals through the exploration of their Chinese heritage. Therefore, as a counselor, you will be expected to serve as a positive role model throughout your extensive interaction with campers. An ideal candidate for this position would be a friendly, enthusiastic, and respectful individual who has the initiative and drive to help make our 2023 camp session the most successful one ever. You can be a counselor at WMACS if you are:
- at least nineteen (19) years old or have completed one year of college prior to July 22, 2023.
- enrolled in a college/university or be a college/university graduate.
- bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese – recommended.
Counselors will be given compensation for their time in the form of a stipend as well as room and board while at camp. Well, what’re you waiting for?
